Central City Construction LTD is a locally owned and operated General Contracting, Construction and Home Improvement Company, based in Columbus Ohio. We specialize in mid to high end Kitchens and Bathrooms, Flooring, Paint, Finished Basements, Roofs, Gutters, Fences and Decks. We also do commercial renovations and build outs and we offer design services.
We work with the best tradesmen in their respected fields which results in quality finished product to your satisfaction. We have 15 years of experience transforming ugly and outdated homes into beautiful functional spaces with quality that shows.

Eric Pifer
Founder • General Contractor
My name is Eric Pifer and I am the owner of Central City Construction, LTD. I have a background in carpentry which I learned while in high school and college to pay the bills.
Before starting Central City Construction and becoming a General Contractor, I gained a lot of knowledge in home improvement by rehabbing houses as a real estate investor.
I have been renovating homes as flips and rentals for my investment business for about 15 years.
