Old Westerville Project
A Total Home Renovation
Project Details
This project was a head-to-toe complete gut and remodel. All new high efficiency HVAC was installed, a new tank-less hot water tank and a new 200-amp electrical panel along with a complete rewire. New wafer (can) lighting was added to the kitchen, living room and shower. The house and garage received a new dimensional roof and new seamless gutters. We deleted and bricked in a window in the kitchen and reduced a bathroom window and replaced it with a new smaller glass block window in the shower. We removed a non-load bearing wall dividing the kitchen and living room, along with the bedroom closets that protruded into the bathroom.
The red oak floors were sanded and finished with 4 coats of oil-based polyurethane to give a natural appearance. The kitchen was completely redesigned and outfitted with new black shaker cabinets with 42” uppers, new quartz counter tops, a custom tile backsplash and a hidden pantry style 1st floor laundry. The bathroom was redesigned and remodeled. We added a new walk-in shower with custom tile work, a new double sink vanity and new mirrors. The house was given all new baseboard, new drywall, fresh paint, and new lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout.
