Project Details

This unit was part of a 3-unit condo conversion. This project was a total rehab. We gave it all new mechanical, including a new high efficiency HVAC system, hot water tank and upgraded electrical panel and a complete rewire that included new can lights throughout. We saved all the original wood trim and installed new Hickory hardwood floors throughout. A wall was eliminated that divided the kitchen and dining room to allow for a more open space.

The kitchen was completely redesigned for better functionality, brick was exposed, and new shaker white cabinets were installed along with new granite counter tops and new appliances. The bathroom was gutted, and we deleted a window so that we could add a walk in shower on the back wall and still fit a 60 inch double sink vanity. We also installed a skylight in the bathroom to allow for natural light. The bathroom was outfitted with custom tile work for the shower and floor. And new paint, new lighting, and plumbing fixtures throughout.
