We will help to make your vision come to life. We can work with your interior designer or make design suggestions on our own if you do not have one. We will complete drawings and renderings as well.

Home Improvement

We offer a wide variety of home improvement services. We specialize in custom and semi-custom kitchens, custom bathrooms, finished basements and flooring. We strive to build out the space of your dreams while keeping your budget in mind. We also offer roofs, fences, decks and more.

Commercial

We offer commercial build outs for businesses as well. We will work with you and your designer to design and execute your project with precision.

We Talk

During our first contact we get a sense of your goals and vision so that we can better understand your project. We tell you about our services and if we are a good fit, we move forward.

We Meet

During this 1-hour free consultation in your home or at your project, we get to know you and your home better. We get familiar with the space and share ideas and discuss the best possible design options and materials to use.

After accomplishing that much, we can establish a game plan. We will layout a broad outline of the project goals, timeline, and budget. You will then have all of the information necessary to decide if Central City Construction is the right choice for you.

We Design and Refine

Your vision and needs, along with your designer’s critical eye and input are combined to create detailed drawings and renderings to help you visualize the elegance and functionality of your new space. To establish the cost of your project, we build an investment sheet with design options and material choices. We draft detailed written job timelines and a payment schedule. We answer any questions that you may have and begin the process of selecting the materials, design style and color pallet that will encompass the unique and beautiful space of your home.

After you have hired Central City Construction, and committed to the project, we will continue to speak and meet as necessary to finalize and improve upon the details of your project to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We Begin

After you have approved the contract and final drawings, we will discuss the schedule and process. We will schedule the work and order the materials. We will coordinate our services and deliveries with your schedule. We will respect and protect your home throughout the process. We use the best quality materials and skilled labor methods to build out your space so that you will be able to enjoy it for years to come.

With a cozy size house like this, we had to be very economical with the space to get the most out of it, like how we hid the washer and dryer in this kitchen cabinet for easy first floor access instead of needing to go to the basement for the laundry!
